AMR/SCADA Technician
Slope Electric Cooperative, Inc. seeks qualified candidates for the full time position of AMR/SCADA Technician. This position will be reporting to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Chief Information Officer. Wage will depend on experience and will include a very competitive benefits package. Included in the benefits are 401K match, pension, health/dental/vision/life insurances, paid vacation and sick time.
Master Electrician license is preferred. Position requires 3-5 years of service in a related field. Some of the daily job duties will include, but are not limited to: assisting in the installation and maintenance of AMR/SCADA systems including radio and communication equipment, recommends equipment purchases, maintains hardware, software, files and programming of the AMR/SCADA system. Position demands strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Minimal overnight travel will be required. Demonstrated knowledge of TWACS products is preferred.
Slope Electric is a member-owned electric cooperative headquartered in New England, North Dakota, 25 miles south of Dickinson. The cooperative provides electric service to Adams, Bowman, Hettinger and Slope Counties, which includes an extensive oil industry in Bowman County.
