Payment Options

E-Bill: Sign up now to make payments, submit readings and access account information! 
Make payments with E-Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  By using the E-Check option, you can make a payment from your checking account by keying in the bank’s routing number and your account number.

By Mail: Enclose your payment and meter reading in the envelope provided with your bill, add a stamp and drop it in the mail.

Pay By Phone: Call us any time during normal business hours to make a payment over the phone at no charge. Use your credit card, debit card, or even a check

Night Deposit Box: You can put your bill payment in our night deposit box located at Slope Electric Cooperative in New England.

Pay By Bank: Slope Electric offers the convenience of automatic payment of your electric bill through our Pay By Bank program.

• Pay By Bank goes into effect one month after you sign-up.
• Pay By Bank does not cost you anything.
• Pay By Bank is reliable. All you have to do is make sure there are funds in your account to cover the bill.
• You will still receive a monthly billing statement for your records. The deduction for your electric bill will appear on your monthly checking or savings account statement.

Recurring Credit Card (RCC): Another convenient option for automatic payment of your electric bill.

• RCC goes into effect one month after sign up
• Is of no cost to you
• Credit Card information is securely stored following all PCI compliance regulations
• Initial setup is quick and easy requiring a phone call to our office
• Monthly statements will be mailed with notification that bill will be applied to the credit card established.
• Please watch for notice printed on bill that credit card information will be expiring soon. We will need the updated expiration date of your card.

Payment Assistance: We encourage all of our customers to make an effort to pay their bill promptly to maintain a good credit standing. We realize, however, that unexpected personal or economic conditions may create a problem that prevents you from paying your bill on time. If this should happen, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will discuss payment options with you and guide you in seeking financial assistance.
