The award-winning Medical Alert Telephone System is more than just a telephone. The phone is a state-of-the-art personal emergency response system.

Safety and independence are two of the most important aspects of life for the elderly.  Seniors want to be on their own and to live in their own homes.  They also don’t want to be a burden to their loved ones.  With the Medical Alert Telephone Emergency System, seniors can remain independent while feeling safe and secure.

The Medical Alert Telephone System is monitored 24 hours every day of the year. The Medical Alert Telephone System is easy-to-use and designed to create a more secure and convenient environment. It features a cordless emergency response pendant, high quality speakerphone, automatic alert dialing, plus single button speed-dials and a reminder capability. You have the ability to select the type of respondent service you desire, whether it be friends, family or loved ones.

Should someone fall or become ill, he or she can press the alert button on the phone itself or press the pendant that can be worn as a necklace or bracelet.  It immediately goes into the emergency mode.  The phone itself will make an alarm sound, dial and ring into our Dispatch Center.  As soon as the pendant or alert button is pressed, important information about the customer will be displayed at the Dispatch Center computer to determine the appropriate action needed.  A live operator will come on the phone through the speaker phone and ask if you are alright.  If no one responds, they will immediately start to call your contacts.  If the contacts cannot be reached, they will then dispatch the ambulance in your area.  Our dispatch center also stays on the line until help arrives.

The monthly charge for the alert system lease & monitoring is $30.00 per month or receive one month free (12 for price of 11) if paid in advance.  A one time payment for installing the phone is $40.00 plus expenses.  This fee is waived if installation is done by a family member or friend.
