Slope Electric Cooperative is proud to announce Dusty Hoff has accepted the senior staking technician position, effective December 15, 2025. 

Hoff has been with Slope Electric for 15 years, most recently serving as working foreman. As senior staking technician, Hoff will continue to work with cooperative members to ensure safe, reliable electric services to their homes and businesses.  

“I am looking forward to working with our members and line crew to assist and plan new services while improving and upgrading our system,” said Hoff.

“Dusty has consistently demonstrated excellent leadership and communication skills. His extensive knowledge and dedication make him an excellent fit for this new position,” said Andrew Sonsalla, Operations Manager at Slope Electric. “Our membership can be confident that he will continue to be a reliable resource and ready to answer questions and assist with setting up and staking new services and service change requests, and supporting members where he is needed.”
