Business Meeting: 5:00 p.m. (MT)
Location: Slope County Fairgrounds

The Annual Membership Meeting is a special time for members of Slope Electric Cooperative to come together, visit with neighbors, share experiences and hear directly from cooperative leadership. It is also an important opportunity to learn more about the cooperative’s work and the role members play in shaping its future.

Slope Electric employees work hard each year to host this enjoyable and meaningful event, and members are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the many benefits that come with electric cooperative membership. While the food, games and prizes are always a highlight, the annual meeting offers much more than just an evening of entertainment. Prizes include a NOCO 4250A portable jump starter; a vacation package to Medora that includes a one-night stay at the Rough Rider Hotel, two tickets to the Pitchfork Fondue and two tickets to the Medora Musical; additional Medora Musical tickets and cash prizes.

One of the most important parts of the meeting is the opportunity to vote for the upcoming year’s board of directors. Voting is one of the greatest benefits of cooperative membership and helps ensure the cooperative remains locally governed and responsive to the needs of its members. You can view the director candidates below.

In addition to the business meeting, attendees are invited to stay and enjoy multiple rounds of bingo.

We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of connection, cooperation, and fun.

Upcoming voting information

Members will receive information about voting in this year’s Board of Directors election and bylaw amendments in May.

As part of the election process, members will receive two important communications:

  • An email that includes election details and provides the opportunity to vote electronically
  • A mailed packet containing your ballot and the Annual Report for your review

Whether you choose to vote electronically or by mail, your participation plays an important role in the election process.

Additional details and instructions will be included in the election email. We encourage all members to stay engaged and take part once voting opens.
