Slope Electric Cooperative is proud to partner with Touchstone Energy Cooperatives to recognize outstanding students through our Touchstone Energy Student of the Month program.
This program celebrates exceptional students in grades K–12 who demonstrate excellence in academics, leadership, community involvement, personal growth, or other noteworthy achievements. Each monthly recipient will earn a $200 donation to their school to support a project, program, or initiative of their choice.
At Slope Electric Cooperative, we believe investing in education is an investment in the future of our communities. Through this program, we are honored to recognize students who make a positive impact both inside and outside the classroom.
How to nominate a student
Students may be nominated by:
• Teachers
• Parents or guardians
• School administrators
• Community members
Nomination forms are available here.
The nomination deadline is the 15th of each month. All K–12 students within the participating school communities are eligible to be nominated.
Supporting student success
Each Student of the Month recipient will direct a $200 donation to a school project, classroom initiative, educational program or other need within their school. This gives students the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their learning environment and support causes that matter to them.
