At Slope Electric, community support is at the heart of our cooperative. We are dedicated to enriching the lives of our neighbors and enhancing our service area through partnerships with various local organizations and non-profits.

To ensure transparency and accountability, donations exceeding $1,000 require approval from our board of directors. Members interested in requesting support can easily initiate the process by completing the form below and submitting it to Brooke Waltner or filling out the online application. Together, we strive to make a meaningful difference in our community.

Applicants are requested to submit a complete application form based on the following criteria. For requests from $1 - $1,000 complete parts I and II; for requests $1,001 - $5,000 complete Parts I, II and III; for request over $5,000 complete parts I, II, II and IV. Please type or print in black ink. Attachments may be necessary due to space limitations. Attach with paper clip to the application form.
