Donations

At Slope Electric, community support is at the heart of our cooperative. We are dedicated to enriching the lives of our neighbors and enhancing our service area through partnerships with various local organizations and non-profits.

To ensure transparency and accountability, donations exceeding $1,000 require approval from our board of directors. Members interested in requesting support can easily initiate the process by completing the form below and submitting it to Slope Electric by emailing it to comments@slopeelectric.coop, mailing it to 116 East 12th Street, Box 338, New England, ND 58647 or filling out the online application.

Applicants are requested to submit a complete application form based on the following criteria. For requests from $1 - $1,000 complete parts I and II; for requests $1,001 - $5,000 complete Parts I, II and III; for request over $5,000 complete parts I, II, II and IV. Please type or print in black ink. Attachments may be necessary due to space limitations. Attach with paper clip to the application form.

Has your organization received notice from the Internal revenue service of a tax-exempt ruling or determination under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code?
Have you had any pending or recent lawsuits challenging the propriety of distribursements and/or actions of your staff, volunteers or board members?
Have you had any pending or recent publicly viewed as adverse or critical?
